This book does control some excellent in rank about ADHD characteristics, some of which apply to boys as well as girls. But, potential readers need to know the very liberal viewpoint the author writes with. There is a fantastic deal of cricticism of the past underdiagnosis of girls as gender discrimination. I don’t see the benefit of this. The book’s focus is less on matter-of-fact helps and more on feelings and self-esteem.

Don’t bother purchasing this book. It bogs you down with stats and other unrelated things that don’t help you really know ADHD or girls with ADHD. Your time is better spent walking nearly a park with your daughter talking with her.
