if you’re looking for other ways to heal your TMJ this book is for you, different approaches are necessary to heal the body. Cynthia Peterson has done her research well.

What I loved about this book were the clearly depicted postures and positions that nearly anyone can take on board to fall pain in their neck or jaw, and to breathe more efficiently. Ancient injuries have caused me years of jaw discomfort. Much of the pain and fatigue are now considerably conical because of my having learned and practiced the exercises detailed in the TMJ Healing Plot.
We are responsible for our own health. But we tend to take our health for contracted aptly up until the moment it fails us. If you want to feel better, get healthier, or, perhaps most significantly, stay healthy–especially in the jaw and neck area–then you’ve got to be proactive. Optimum jaw alignment. Tongue placement. Even just the simple diagram of proper breathing–something we all do involuntarily–will drastically improve the way you feel, how quick you recover from injury, as well as how effectively your body utilizes oxygen to better nourish your system. I highly urge reading The TMJ Healing Plot for a terrific, lasting step to a healthier mind and body.

My daughter has struggled with TMJ for several years. This book gave us very helpful in rank about how to eliminate many of her terrible habits. The book provided several helpful ways to remember proper placement of the tongue and jaw. My daughter’s pain has been greatly reduced. We continue to reference it when we need to.
