I found the first part of this book to be very dull, so I quite reading it. Then about a year later someone suggested that I read the book. I equated that I got half way through it and was bored. This fellow suggested that I read the second half as he agreed the first half was dull also. So I read the second half and did not come away with much. I was disappointed!

This book was listed as in excellent shape up and it was not ragged, but it is marked in. For the price I’ll deal with it but I do not like books that have been highlighted, marked in or pages turned down. Would rather spend the money on a newer book. Don’t know if there is a way for the seller to place that info. I do not hold any grudges hostile to seller because it is TRUE, book is in excellent shape up.

Fascinating, but only in the way a car wreck is so spellbinding for most people. Despite how horrible you can’t help but take a excellent look to see what happened.
The hairs stood up on the back of my neck several times even as reading this book. Dr. Pearl openly accepts these beings and paranormal phenomena into his life without even knowing their source or aim. He make the outrageous claim that there is no such thing as evil. In fact Dr. Pearl goes on to make numerous such claims based on no supportable evidence or facts to back them up.
Sure there were some sprinklings of humor, but I found I wasn’t laughing WITH him as much as I was laughing AT him (especially when he claimed these ’spirits’ had chosen him because of his reputation. Yeah, because they knew how ‘gullible’ he was!); and I was constantly place off by Dr. Pearl’s arrogance mixed with his pseudo wariness.
I do credit this book for teaching me one very vital thing (ironically, since it flies in the face of everything he says), and that is just how vital it really is to TEST THE SPIRITS! Honestly, I don’t reckon he really knows what he’s dealing with.
If you’re a new ager, you may embrace this wholeheartedly, just as Dr. Pearl has; but if you’re interested in right bible based spiritual healing… RUN! this is NOT the book for you!

The Reconnection
I have buy this book “The Reconnection by Dr. Eric Pearl, I ongoing reading the first few pages and then a few more in the back… later on in the night as I was sleeping the weirdest thing happened to me which was frightening… I felt like I was really tired and my body was heavy like I felt some presence on my bed, I was absolutely motionless but I can hear my self breathing, I was aware of my body being frozen and I ongoing to hear this buzzing sound, kinda like trying to locate a radio station frequency and its starts getting louder and then I heard a voice but the frequency wasn’t clear as I was still hearing the loud buzzing sound – this is scary and frightening.
Ok here is something worth saying: As I continued to read the book and trying to feel the energy, the same night I went to sleep, as I was saying my prayers, I was in the state of falling asleep but still aware, I heard my self saying” We are here for you” loud and clear in my head, this was unbelieable, I opened my eyes and try to make sense out of this, as you know I was a sceptic in the begining.

I was excited to read this book since my girlfriend told me about it.
I ongoing to read the first half but I had a hard time getting into his life from birth. It was the last half where the meat and potatoes got fascinating. It does tell you about the seminars. I checked into the seminars and they are so pricey. If I get enough money I will attend one. The book kind of states if you read this book you will possibly start feeling some things.
I reckon you have to certainly have an open mind for sure.
