its excellent evidence compiled together – i must have for anyone that strives to have some in-depth knowledge and understanding

For over 10 years this run was available in every journal come forth, when one subscribed to JAMA for $165/yr.
Now, in addition to this cost (+ the AMA making money from the all the mandatory CPT & ICD pricey coding books they make most of their money from), now you have to BUY these articles, they are no longer included in any JAMA subscription.
AMA is a money making company only – not a Medical Association, & this reflects on the JAMA’s impact factor.
The run itself is 5 star. But, the typical AMA modus operandi of trying to wring more money out of you drops it to 3 stars.
