This is the best single reference that I’ve seen on the theme. Kevin and Rebecca have assembled a guide that is eminently matter-of-fact, superbly organized, and tremendously helpful. I reach for it every time I have a question on HIPPA. In fact, it’s the only HIPPA reference I’ve used since I got it.
