The book seemed to be well-researched and was very informative and helpful to me. The testimonies and descriptions for each disease were well-documented. I would urge this book to those looking for natural alternatives to relieve pain from immflamation and joint stiffness.

This helpful book informs the reader of all the various ailments and diseases for which the natural (sulphur-containing) product MSM can provide relief. Among the many afflictions and complaints addressed by MSM are arthritis, fibromyalgia, allergies and back pain.
It may be noted that MSM does not “cure” these disorders, in that the product needs to be consumed on a permanent basis, but what it does, first and foremost, is to relieve chronic pain with no side-effects – it is not a drug.
I personally had no real previous knowledge of this vital product until reading the book, so it provided me with valuable in rank, and had me running to the health store to obtain a supply.
The book consists of 5 chapters explaining the nature of MSM and how it relieves pain and inflammation. Each of the remaining 15 chapters is devoted to a specific health problem including case histories of previous chronic sufferers whose lives have been transformed for the better through use of MSM, sometimes dramatically so.
Everyone suffering from chronic pain or allergies not already familiar with this marvellous product should immediately check out this book.

I really loved reading this book. It was simple to read and very informative. It contained in rank based on the 2 Dr./authors’ experiences with their own patients. What I REALLY appreciated, was at the end of the book, they had a list of claims made about the consequences of using MSM and whether they had any positive consequences to support these claims with their own experiences, or whether they felt that more research was needed before they may possibly support the claim. I feel that this book was written objectively and not as a hype to sell everyone MSM.
