This is a fantastic textbook – a fun, readable format for a topic that may possibly very easily be really dry. Other texts I have used in continuing my nursing studies have paled in comparison to this one, which I used in my first course, A&P. Nothing can live up to this. Excellent job!

An simple to read book with helpful, relevant in rank for basic anatomy/physiology students. In-depth or specific details are ordinarily reserved for labs or higher level courses. This book provides a basic understanding that makes a strong foundation for future study. The workbook that comes with this also aides in learning and retaining the material. Fun to read with fascinating tidbits on the side, as well as clad illustrations. 5-Star rating as far as I’m concerned.

This is an awesome and simple to read book. I took A&P I & II with the author Herlihy as my professor. At the end of the semester, I sold the book back to the bookstore. Who new that after I graduated and resolute I sought after to go back to nursing school, I would be looking to re-buy the book online!
