kit packed with various items such as the crystal ,one dvd,one cd and a booklet. haven’t read or done the whole energy administer to tell ya if it works but all i can say now if you are a beginner this kit is it and worth the research money!

The Energy Medicine Kit I found very helpful by incorporating the healing techniques in your everyday routines. The DVD with Donna Eden, was the most used item in the kit. The cards give you actual reference guides to use when involved. I certainly urge this kit to beginning healers.

I have tried following some Tai Chi and Chi Gung/Qi Gong books and videos with less than desirable consequences. Such Chinese Energetic Healing methods require that one have the guidance of a master to adapt the exercises for each individual. Reading Donna’s tale in the accompanying booklet, I exposed that I am sensitive to people’s energetic fields. Also, two metaphysics practitioners had told me that I am sensitive to energy.
I have found that none of the exercises that Donna Eden highlights in this kit depletes my energy or causes weird sensations. This has been a fantastic introduction to energetic medicine. This a very well place together kit: DVD, CD, cards, booklet and glass pendulum in a black velvety pouch.
