I bought this book as an upgrade from one I bought originally about 10 years ago. It doesn’t work for me. Turns out I have enough experience at this top that the book is redundant and unnecessary. I returned it.

This book is very basic for treatment plotting. I plotting it would provide a lot more detail than it does. You can just as much out of the DSM-IV or just by using CBT. I would not urge this to someone looking for than a basic understanding of treatment plotting. I was very disappointed.

This is the third time that I’m buying this treatment planner. I’ve had to place it at the past 2 companies where it was passed nearly by all of the mental health case managers. My peers and I have used it as a guide to help us with writing treatment plans. I have received many compliments over the years on the interventions that I have written with the aid of this book. It is a wonderful guide and a helpful cure for novelist’s block!
