The Dragon’s WayTo Natural, Healthy, Lasting Consequence Loss
Here at last is the secret to taking off pounds and inches and maintenance them off for life. Unlike well loved “miracle” diet programs and products, The Dragon’s Way addresses the root cause of your consequence problems and offers a remarkable six-week program that shows you how to reach your optimum consequence and stay there. The Dragon’s Way is based on Habitual Chinese Medicine (TCM) theories that have been practiced for thousands of years. Today billions of people worldwide benefit from this medical system. The Dragon’s Way is not about food restrictions, apetite suppression, or vigorous exercising. It’s about treating the whole person instead of focusing on consequence; about how to use ancient energy movements to awaken your healing ability; about showing you how to use food as a healing tool; and about helping you achieve the harmony and balance in your own body that can result in natural, healthy, permanent consequence loss.

Excellent, because this is the only book I have met in my life that really have told me the reason I gain consequence and the reason I can never lose consequence no matter that I reckon I do eat healthy food or I exsersise or I walk, or I add a lot of herbs into my diets.
Terrible because this books says that it is the Qi gong that will make you lose consequence not the food. OK, but then why the author puts only 8 pages of exercise? The rest of the 328 pages is all about food and a lot of bla- bla – bla. You can’t know this 10 exercises – which 1 works for what?
Also there is too many passages of the book that do again to make the book larger probably.I have some serious doubts that the author of the book knows in debth or understands in debth the TCM.

The first 70 pages of the book are nothing more than the author trying to convince the reader this is an effective method towards releasing consequence. But, even after the author gets to the top, the convincing continues, ad nauseum.
I became so bored reading the same statements over and over again that I ongoing skimming through the book to find relevant in rank. Unfortunately, the relevant in rank is so scattered that its very tedious to place it all together. For example, the author says most Westerners guess a list of foods to eat aptly off the bat. After trying to convince the reader this is an unhealthy approach to eating, a food list is given (about 20 pages later). Yet, its another 50 pages before the author clarifies why those specific foods were chosen.
This book is supposed to be written for Western minds to know Habitual Chinese Medicine (TCM) in order to result in their bodies into balance. Yet, very small explanation is given about the priciples of TCM. The author only glosses over the divisions TCM practitioners use (hot/cold, dry/damp, internal/external, etc.), making it trying to know how to use them correctly.
This may be an effective method for reducing consequence, but the poor presentation makes this book practically worthless.

Nan Lu’s approach is an effective approach to overall health. The consequence loss is helpful, but incidental. Best used in combination with the video and CD to learn the qigong movements; they are available only from his foundation.
