THIS DICTIONARY WAS OKAY. I BOUGHT IT AS A MEDICAL STUDENT THINKING IT WOULD BE USEFUL, IT WAS NOT. I GUESS IT WOULD BE USEFUL FOR PEOPLE OUT OF THE MEDICAL FIELD WHO WANT TO LOOK SOMETHING UP BUT WAS NOT USEFUL FOR ME.

When I order books for my daughter going to college time is of the essence. I am everlastingly excited to find a book source that gets the product to me on time. I write that down for future reference. I still have one more child to get through college. I need a lot more books.

Am in the administer of returning the book because it is gone pages 1677 through 1708. The wierd thing is that it doesn’t look like those pages were indifferent; instead, it appears as if the book was made without the them; the binding looks tight and all. Maybe the book is super rare — like a coin with a minting flaw…. Does anyone else have a copy of the 20th edition with those pages, or others, gone?
PS. The book is absolutely terrific otherwise.
