i bought this for my spouse, who is a surgical assistant. he mentioned that this book is practically the horn book on surgery, though we were thrown off by the description of “(address notes in mathematics)”. thankfully the book arrived complete as viewed from the image, but for the life of us, we still do not know what the address in notes in mathematics is supposed to refer to.
