This book is simple to follow and a must for any student. It clarifies the concept of seated massage and even helps the reader to approach setting up his or her own business. New to clothed massage I am keen to learn more. Even if this is the only book I buy on this topic, I can see myself being able to give a fantastic on-site massage!

I am an acupuncturist who was looking to do some chair massage, which was not an area covered during my schooling. I have bought a lot of massage books, but this one stands out. It gives a suggested routine that is simple and logically arranged. It was simple to use the suggested routine as a springboard for a more customized session. The only caveat is that you need to be familiar with basic massage techniques to know what is going on. So in that respect it really isn’t a book for a lay person, it is more for a beginning professional.
