It was very hard to look things up in this book. Not very helpful in the ED. Would urge EMRA’s antibiotic guide instead.

Didn’t end up using it as much as I thougth I would, but then again, I’m just starting out in my do. I reckon the Tarascon Pharmacopia book is better to have if I had to choose one pocket guide. EVerything else, I use my PDA for.

Nothing new: this is a must for all primary care doctors. This has long become THE source of guidelines for antimicrobial treaments, yet small enough to fit in a white coat pocket. It is a small larger and heavier this year. But, what can we say: there are more necessary in rank. I’d rather have a larger book than dealing with smaller characters.
