used book,but now I will certainly not reckon twice.

I am very dissatisfied with this textbook. I’ve written to your company and have not received satisfactory consequences, instead I’ve received “snotty” responses. The “scrape off” on the surrounded by of the cover has a code that allows me access to the textbook online. The material used in the scrape off is faulty and would not scrape off. I’m sure this is also happening to other students. I questioned for a code to access the textbook online and was told the code is specific to the book. I then questioned to replace the book and was told the company did nothing incorrect. I then responded that I sought after a supervisor caught up because this is a manufacturer defect. I have not received a response yet. I start nursing classes tomorrow. I’m dishearted because I’m not sure that I’ll ever get resolution. I bought this book in excellent faith and did nothing incorrect. The scrape off is defective. It does not take a college education to do a simple scrape off and when I say the scrape off is defective – then the scrape off is defective. Also, I’ve spent between $850 – $1000 last year on textbook through Amazon. Now do you know why I’m dishearted?

It is honestly simple to read and is fascinating. There are a lot of graphics in the chapters, so for visual people it is fantastic. Out of all the required texts, I reckon this one is one of the best that I’ve been forced to endure
