I took pathophysiology and had a full sized textbook for that, and when I went back to this book as a double-check or a reference, realized that it does not everlastingly offer much. There were a lot of paragraphs where I may possibly tell they were playing that game of filling space rather than doing the hard work of researching what needs to be said and in what detail. But it’s not a terrible book.

I reckon this is a fantastic book. It is a quick and to the top reference guide. Several of my classmates and I used it through nursing school and I still use it for references. The illustrations and color plates are very well done.

I am in my final semester of nursing school, and I wish I had bought this book sooner. I like to have resources other than my med/surg book to study, and this book has been fantastic. There are helpful reviews of each system and there are many disease processes covered in this book. I take this book to clinicals in case I need a quick review of a disease processes, etc.
