I guess this was an oops from the publisher/printer, the cover is on a bit askew, pages are ok and of course no problem with the content, overall a excellent value.

This is the desk version so it is small and compact to allow you to carry it with you and have simpler access to it. But that does mean that there are more pages so it is quite thicker than the full size book. But, the book itself is a wonderful list of drugs – anesthetics, antibiotics, analgesics – listed in alphabetical order. It also lists pros, cons, and dosages for all situations. Fantastic book to keep for a long time
