This book i bought for my class cause its what was required for the class well this book is not reader frendly does not clarify procedures clearly and i was repeatly haveing to look up things online to better know things! Also things that we needed to know for class was not even in the text so are teacher had to give it to us really sucks when this is the book we had to use to study for tests! If u take this class and they give u this book try and talk them out of it cause its not going to help u and the long run!

I would not urge this book. A lot of the phlebotomy procedures are poorly clarified even as some are not even mentioned. I frequently had to look up in rank on the internet for clarification.

All the in rank in the bold blocks is overwhelming in relation to all of the additional in rank given in the actual reading of paragraphs and sentences.
Also, does not seem organized very well. The beginning chapters use acronyms that have not even been identified in the reading at that top.
Some of the review questions at the end of the Chapters question questions that have not necessarily been covered.
