Having suffered from cystitis my entire life and only now that I am 38 figuring out that there is a name to this chronic problem, I am very relieved to know that it is not all in my mind and research has been done on the theme of interstitial cystitis. This book has answered a lot of my questions and some that I didn’t know I had! I use it as a reference book and look up new facts whenever I am plagued by a new symptom or question. IC sufferers no longer have to live in the dark and suffer lonely. They can educate themselves and feel confident in taking payment of their own health. I know I do! This book is the third book I have bought on the theme of IC and I continue to educate myself as technology and research changes.

This book is fascinating but I plotting some of the suggestins were a small “weird”. I plotting a lot of the in rank wasn’t really necessary, all I sought after to know was how to avoid getting urinary tract infectins.

This is the Bible for the cystitis sufferer. Brilliant tips and tools to help you deal with the discomfort and pain but most significantly to preclude infections from happening in the first place! I used to get UTI’s every six months like clockwork but since I ongoing following the instructions in this book I’ve taken control and know how to take better care of myself. Don’t just keep suffering – do something about it and this is a fantastic way to start.
