This was a mess. The book never came; and I may have to take this class over. I hope that I can just skim by with an ancient book, but I have learned never to use this seller again!!! September 18, 2008 I may just be out of 1200.00 if I have to take the class over!! It gets no STARS!

I initially bought this book and was given a delivery date within 2 days of my buy. The delivery date then changed to several weeks, which was not acceptable. I needed the text book much sooner. I requested a refund and to this day have NOT received a refund, nor have I have contacted by the seller. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed!!

I am not recommending this book for students and for instructors. There is no much in rank in the CD and the instructor Resources are not accessible (you have to buy more than 10 books to get instructor resources).
