I bought this book because I was failing pathophysiology, hoping that it may possibly help me turn my grade nearly, because I am a visual learner. It was hard to use this book because it is not grouped the same way that my class was, and the subjects presented (and their emphasis) was also much different than my class. It would be okay for a general overview of patho, but not the way I used it. I did end up pulling a B, but it was from the instructor’s diligent help and my classmates explaining the concepts.

This book is just the book I needed to help me in my Health Kinesiology do. It is helping me to better know the body’s systems and formulate excellent questions to help improve the lives of my clients.

This book is very simple to know. I’ve been out of nursing for 3 years and I find that I’m forgetting pathophysiology that I learned in school. This is and brilliant tool for helping you learn and remember.

I really found the calculations book wonderful. But, I was looking for something to supplement even simplify the patho. I own Lewis and that is really in depth. But, this doesn’t have everything I want. It is basic! The world of nursing is not basic.
