I was very excited to find this product on Amazon. I first learned about it through one of the professional journals I read. As a new nurse, I plotting this would be a fantastic tool. It does have a lot of fantastic in rank, but I find a lot of the in rank very vauge. I also found that it catered to only a few specialities. I work in long term care and did not find much about that. I did find the sections on procedures such as cathing and I.V.’s quite helpful since they have current best do. Bottem line may possibly be better, but all in all a excellent tool.

This is a fantastic product for a nursing student, novice nurse, or advanced nurse. It is small enough to carry in your pocket and the explination is written so one can udnerstand it. This was money well spent. It has chapter for critical care, ob, neonatal, and pediatric. It reviews lab tests and other diagnostic tests (rationals and vital nursing precautions/tips), pathophysiology of diseases.
