I had bought this textbook for one of my nursing classes when the department suddenly resolute to exchange the professor who would be teaching this class which resulted in a exchange in the syllabus as well. I quickly contacted the seller to return the book which I had never even opened once, it is still in the original box the seller had used to ship the book to me. But received no answer whatsoever from the seller regarding the return policy although it had not even been 30 days since I made the buy. Even after repeated attempts to contact the seller, I still have never seen even one email replying back to me.
I have to say I am very very disappointed. It wasn’t like I knew that there was going to be a exchange in the textbook requirements for my class and I was just playing nearly purchasing textbooks for no reason. I expected the least courtesy from the seller at least saying that I couldn’t return it or something like that. But nothing at all……
Very poor customer service. I DO NOT urge purchasing from this seller!

This book arrived pretty beat up. It is a used book so I expected some use, but the book was warped like it had just been pulled out of the bottom of someone’s book bag after being lost for months. The cover was ripped and many pages were folded over. It’s still usable, just not that fantastic of a deal for the shape up it was in.

I paid for this item and I didn’t received it. It is a very, very terrible service. Paying for a book and not sending the item is a excellent way for you to do a lot of money. It just was a WASTE OF MONEY for me. Furthermore, I spent time to resolve the come forth. Shopping on-line should be simple, safe and quick. IT IS NOT THE CASE WITH YOU.
My final review : please avoid this supplier !!! Do I have any thought of the quality of the book it-self ? NO. But the quality of a book bought on Amazon.com should be also the full service : (book + delivery).
