I have many sets of flash cards for Medical school. The Lange run by McGraw Hill are by far my favorite. These are ok. Better than most, but not the best. The set-up and organization of the cards is my largest complaint. They just seem very confused. I’d rather have 1 card that lists all the info needed for a single organism. this set jumps nearly and organizes the cards by facts or topic, not organisms. May possibly work for some, but I didn’t use them as much as I hoped.

The cards have a lot of info on them and helpful schematic diagrams. But, the info that was on each individual card differed from what we needed to know for our med school curriculum so I spent more time crossing things out and adding in new info than I would have liked. This set is incredibly helpful if you need to know just so what they bestow but next time I’ll probably just make my own flashcards out of 5×7 index cards.

These cards are well place together and are biased with in rank (with hopefully enough space to add to because they can never have everything you want to on a card), but there is too much on each card to really use as flash cards. They are more like a book in the form of a set of cards.
Use Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple! It a fantastic book to learn this material with!

These are excellent USMLE style micro cards. I found them helpful for review of material before boards. For an actual micro class they aren’t so helpful. They weren’t something I may possibly really use to learn new material (like say Netter’s flashcards in anatomy).
