By the table of contents, I plotting this book would be well organized. Many medical statistics books have inaccuracies regarding use of chi-square test, how to analyse small group data, etc. This has inaccuracies in tables (such as recommending yates correction of chisquare test for expected values less than 5) that don’t even match the text. It has tests with poor examples and lack of steps for even use of the test below discussion. I would urge Matter-of-fact Statistics for Medical Research as a much better textbook for really understanding and performing statistical tests encountered in the medical field.
