I will be taking the Med-Surg Certification exam in a link of weeks, so I bought this book to refresh my memory. Presently, I take care of mainly neuro patients, so there are many procedures for other body systems that became a distant memory after nursing school. This book was very helpful. I reckon it will be helpful for the nursing students as well because it has many critical thought questions that will help one to study for the nclex. Hopefully, I can say that whole-heartedly when I pass the Certification exam!!!

What earth have I been on that I have been in nursing school a link of years now and never bought such a honest to the top, detailed reasoning, simple to read and fantastic book. Like sincerely, who has time to read the gazillion nursing pages that are assigned unless you are a non-human speed reader from a another earth. I am glad I bought this book because it just makes sense. It gives you review and rationales for the right and non right answers. I luv this book. It even reminds you of the nursing administer and interventions. It gives you tons of defintions. This book really deserves an award.

This book covers all the contents of whole body system’s disorder. Also, from each body system, they itemize each disease..which is really excellent…But i reckon book contains small bit simple questions. I am 3rd semester nuring student and when i end studying my text book for each exams, i do do questions in book….I found that all questions are very simple for me….not very challenging…..So, the top is…if you are preparing for your NCLEX exams and you already end your nursing school, this book is not for you…its better thought to spend money on NCLEX book then this one…Excellent Luck Studying!!!
