Bought this book to help staff who learn by seeing/doing. It has small 1-3 page descriptions of everything a nurse might be called upon to do. We use Lippincott as our main source for policy and course of action.

I was disappointed with this book. Though it discusses procedures adequately, I was wanting more visuals. I am a visual person and would have liked more pictures to help with some of the less common procedures.
