This book was bought as “Used” for a very reasonable price. Contents very informative. The book was received about one week after my class begun…so, I was VERY disappointed with shipping. Opportunely, my instructor had an extra manual for me to use.

I received the book in a timely make. But, the description – when ordering – did not mention that the CD was not included. Chose this seller because of the description of the book’s shape up and the thought that the CD also was available. Otherwise, satisfied with my buy. I will certainly use this book seller again.
