I was extremely disappointed when I got the book and found that it has all the answers and rationales at the end of each chapter as different to being on the same page. Now I have to constantly flip back and forth to get any studying done. This makes the book useless as a study tool. The only thing that kept me from giving it a lower review was the CD which properly gives the resolution and rationale immediately after you resolution the question. I urge hostile to purchasing this book.

USE it and Pass. ITs that simple. The others dont come close to what this book teaches. The cd is fantastic. A lil tip, once you complete the book, use the cd and choose all/most of the topics you are WEAK at. Use the rationale option so you learn aptly away! Goodluck!

I was required to buy this book for nursing school. We were to do tests from the CD at home and turn them in for a grade. First of all, the CD does not work on MAC computers. Secondly, many of the questions were incorrect, even the rationale would state the real resolution. There were only 2 ABG questions and the question was incomplete, it gave only the pH without any other in rank. Thirdly, half of my classmates were not even able to print up the completed tests. Book was ditched in act of kindness of the Mosby comprehensive review.

This is a excellent book for just questions and answers.
I found that the Saunder’s review book gave a nice review before the Q & A in each of the major areas of nursing.
