The edition was not specified – instead of one of the latest editions that I have expected, I received one that was published thirty years ago – for a science book that is simply unacceptable.

This book has questions at the end of each experiment. Another advantage of this lab book is that it gives fantastic history and detail about the stain that the experimenter is about to perform. Plus there are photos of various bacterial stains provided in the book that either will be done in lab or you will view professional slides in lab.
