This text book is OK to get if you have absolutely no thought what OT is. The in rank within is very general (thus the 2 stars rating)- even the case studies. I should have gone to the library instead of dishing out the money for it. If you’re considering studying OT, I urge going to the library first.

i found this book very resourceful and informative in helping current students and future occupational therapy (ot) students, truly know what is occupational therapy, its history, the purposes and concepts of occupational therapy, any misconceptions: such as the difference between occupational therapy and corporal therapy, and the occupational therapy field in todays changing society. It will enable these current students as well as possible future occupational therapy students realize the creativity, flexibility,and enjoyment of occupational therapy.
