The Insider’s Guide is an incredible book filled with page after page of “need-to-know” in rank. I had no thought how much I DIDN’T know about the industry until I read this book. Everything from district manager personality profiling to specific pharmaceutical sales questions and answers by the side of with pharmaceutical-specific resume writing plus so much more is encluded. I gained a pharmaceutical sales position four weeks after reading the book! I owe my new career to Jane Williams and this fantastic book! The book was perfect in every way and did not control so much as a single typo. It was worth every penny!

I was thrilled to receive my 5th edition of “Insider’s Guide to the World of Pharmaceutical Sales” by Jane Williams of Principle Publications. I exposed this wonderful book (the 4th edition) in December 2000 and have been recommending it to all of my clients who are pursuing a career in pharmaceutical sales. It has worked extremely well for them to learn about this career field, how to assess whether they are suited for this type of career, and to learn how to obtain and do well in their interviews. More significantly, many of them have landed jobs with various pharmaceutical companies using the techniques Jane recommends. The 5th edition is packed with even more up-to-date in rank about this administer. Jane stays aptly on top of the latest in rank in pharmaceutical sales and empowers those who read this book with the knowledge that makes them stand out among others pursuing these positions. Her sections on interview preparation, interview questions and answers, and most recently questioned interview questions are truly “insider’s” in rank that anyone sincerely interested in pharamceutical sales needs before engaging in the interviewing administer. The updated profiles of the top pharmaceutical companies are also extremely helpful in rank, by the side of with the latest listing of website addresses for all companies. I can’t wait to initiate my pharmaceutical sales hopefuls to this updated edition of this extremely valuable resource.

The Insider’s Guide was aptly on target! Jane Williams has written such an brilliant guide on networking and passing the challenging interviews for gaining a pharmaceutical sales position.
I bought the Insider’s Guide after months of frustration and failure to even get a pharmaceutical sales interview. I simply did not know what I was doing! After reading the Insider Guide to Pharmaceutical Sales and following the instructions on networking and passing interviews, I gained a position with a pharmaceutical company within 6 weeks! It took three weeks to get through my interviews. Jane certainly knows the industry! Most of the questions from the guide were covered during my interviews. The in-depth pharmaceutical sales questions and answers from the guide were extremely helpful! All of the questions and answers are specific for the pharmaceutical sales industry. Without the detailed answers and examples that this guide provided, I doubt that I may possibly have successfully “sold” the product during the interview.
