I ordered this textbook for a class that had already ongoing, so I questioned for overnight delivery. The bozo’s that Amazon uses in the Seattle area said they couldn’t find my condo. Since UPS and FedEx have never had any problem making deliveries, I can only conclude that they either didn’t try to make the delivery or nobody has told them about mapquest. After one day of failing to make the delivery, they immediately sent the shipment back to Amazon. Needless to say, I am REALLY miserable about the whole experience. The only excellent thing about it is that Amazon backed the payment out from my checking account, including the so called “delivery” payment.
