Rating: 5 / 5
Although a very helpful textbook for analyzing complex communication behaviors, this book is to some extent dense. It is rich with theory and detailed analyses, but it will not teach you how to relate better to your patients. Fantastic book for a course, not so fantastic if you are using it on your own.
