I glanced through the pages available on Amazon. This book contains some very terrible advise. It seems this book is only focusing on low stout instead of foods low in the glycemic index. Many of the suggestions, like choose a bagel with low stout cream cheese at one restaurant, would send a type 1’s blood sugar super high. I have been told by my nutritionist to never eat a whole bagel. If I can’t avoid a bagel for breakfast, I should only eat half of it. The next edition has just been released. It is not available on Amazon yet. Hopefully, it is a small better.

I plotting this was going to be a pocket guide to restaurants like I used to have. It is gone a lot of restaurants. I judge the nutrition in rank is inaccurate in places cause my blood sugar raised when it shouldn’t have.

Fantastic book for people on the go who often stop at quick food joints or just like eating at restaurants. It helps me make the best choices when eating out. I was surprised by some of the calories and stout in the foods I ate. Salads are not everlastingly the best choice.

If you eat out or on the run, this is a fantastic book to have in the car. Make better decisions

The in rank in this book is wonderfully helpful for plotting before dining out. But, it is frequently quick-food in rank, rather than actual restaurants. Though the difficulty in assessing nutritional exchanges in restaurant settings was clarified, I hope that a future edition of this book would include more in rank from restaurants.
