i guess i was just looking for a collection of humourous tales from aides who know the ropes and can use their experience to encourage others. i wasn’t too enthused to read about how an aide should be doing this and that and what can be improved, written from an ivory tower by someone who has had about as much hands on experience as a volunteer at an helped living focal top. i’m glad that i only paid 97 cents for my copy and will be passing it on. but, i dont know any cna’s who have time on their few and far between breaks at work that might be willing to spend minutes on yet another undertaking that has yet to touch on the right meaning of this type of work.
