This book is comprehensive and well illustrated. I am a nurse who works for plotted parenthood. The section on STD’s is invaluable.

I have recently found that with this book I not only can diagnose lesions on the face, but also on nearly every part of the body. As a result I now save my patients money by diagnosing them myself instead of having to refer them to a specialist. My only complaint about the book is that I feel it uses unnecessary jargon in places.

Was it, perhaps, the abundant clear color photos? Was it, by opportunity, the in-depth and simple to know text? Or may possibly it have been the complete indexing of every skin disease known to mankind, from Acne to Zoster sine zoster, that compelled me to snatch this wonderful red book from the shelf and declare, “Hey, this is one super-cool book!”
If I were a dermatologist or a general practitioner, I’d want this atlas in my reference library. Ah…but alas, I’m but a simple lawyer trying to find out how to get rid of a case of… Dare I say more? Out damned spot! Out!
