I bought the book for my spouse who just finished an intense few months absorbed in Dahn Hak Yoga. He was so excited to get it, but then I found it a few weeks later in our stack to give to charity. He didn’t find what he needed in there… excellent luck.

I can’t urge this book highly enough. Most everyone in the world has some sort of emotional, corporal, or psychological paain/discomfort. Marilyn’s experience and wisdom in the field of healaing allows one to transform those sources of pain into opportunities for growth, comfort, and joy.
There are many healing modalities highlighted in this book. Personally, I am a case study for EFT and energy tapping but if you are not open to this, there are many other ways to approach your particular situation for healing.
I plot to go out today and buy her new book I judge entitled The Wise Mind (need to double check as I have just heard of it). Marily is a devoted, compassionate chief in the spirituality and healing arts and a book liek this can absolutley exchange someone’s life like it did mine. If I ever have any negative situation (corporal, stress correlated, whatever), I follow her techniques and meet the come forth head on get in touch with my energies and pressure points and effectively aptly away, my healing starts.
Forget about the pills. Reveal what just so is causing your problems and Marilyn is here to guide you the entire way.
