I was very pleased with this pocket sized book that clarifies in plain, non-math-type-person language how to do simple algebraic equations, corret your decimals and fractions, how to and then a few exercises with answers. I wish I’d had this in 8th grade, and it is an brilliant review book for those of us who lose track of the numbers and “cancels” in our l o n g equations with too many L, mL, minutes, hours, etc. Worth the buy, even if not required.

I am math challenged. I am studying for the VTNE and this book is perfect for me. I needed to start from the very bottom and this book and through the evolve program is really helping me get where I need to be. I highly urge it. I also like the plastic cover for long life of the book.
