I have done a lot of research and must say that this book is an brilliant source to refer to on eating healthy. You can lose consequence and feel fantastic all at the same time.

I loved this book, it was not your typical consequence loss book. This was not about restricting calories, not eating and did not require starvation to lose consequence. Just about how to eat healthy and to lose consequence sensibly. The products not compulsory in the book have helped me to not even want to eat. I now crave less sugar and starches and really crave healthy food. I urge this book all the time. Thanks for another fantastic book Dr. Mindell
