***** Unable to select stars. This was one of my favorite new books of 2010. Simple to read, type nice and dark, no headaches here. You can effectively open up to any page and start reading. Book is simple to manage. Stay away from large paperbacks if possible-they slip and side and do not hold up for mailing very well. Still, they are lighter in the book bag. bravo!

I failed to check the date of publication before I ordered it but find that this in rank was still very timely and provides an historical as well as interdisciplinary approach to problems we continue to have in disease management. Although the nursing profession was gone in most of the content there was a strong chapter on case management by nurses that described the skill set and qualities that are identified with quality case management.
This book provides support for those attempting to make exchange in their health care delivery nearly long term conditions.
