I reckon this book is fantastic especially in the intern year. it breaks down everything without going into minute details. i use it as it as my basic tool and then i use to up to date for new treatment plans. this book is current. i find it very helpful..although it should not be used as the only resource. Fantastic Book overall.

This is unusuable on the Kindle. I have other reference books which have focused on usability with the kindle (taking the 4 hours to just simply index the darn thing in a usable format). Would never urge on the kindle until the publisher pays the $50 for someone who knows how to bestow this on the Kindle. Same for Current: Pediatric

I like all the Current run of books. I have used them for years. They give me the in rank I need to know and place out all the fine details that might be valuable for the academics but only get in the way when you are involved out in the trenches (real world).
