I never really received my order and it had to be refunded. The vendor’s shipping info didn’t properly inform me that my shipment would exchange hands during shipment or that they would take a long time before responding to my complaint. The order was supposedly lost during shipping. I needed the order for a work project with a deadline. Instead the vendor (DirtCheapBooks4u.com) told me I must wait 21 days before assisting me. They also mentioned a problem with their new shipping marks. I waited 21 days to receive a refund but I really just sought after them to send me the order. I would have ordered a more expedient and pricey shipping option if all the info had been available (no phone number was given to seek help despite asking for one). In the end it would have been better if I never contacted this company with my order!

Contraceptive Technology is a must-have reference for anyone interested in birth control. As a freelance medical novelist/editor, I have used several revisions of this helpful book over the years. I was very pleased when the long-awaited 19th revised edition was finally available. I had preordered the book directly from the publisher, who didn’t follow through. Amazon, but, got me the book in record time.
