The book was in excellent conditions, but the shipping was very slow.. The seller did not send it to me in the first 3 weeks… According to her, she did not receive a confirmation from amazon.. I got the book a month later. I needed the book for my class. I received it a week before the end of the course..I wrote to her and she answered two days later.. I never had this problem before… I go to school and I have bought all my books on line… I am very disappointed.

the book came in a better shape up than i plotting it was going to be, i ordered it used and it was practically new when i got it, the only downside was that the shipping was a bit slow, i expected the book days sooner than i got it.

I ordered the Chemistry 9e by Timberlake; the seller was The Book Czars. I was so pleased to find my book in the mailbox today, June 1. I had just placed the order on May 28- standard shipping. I received the book earlier than expected! The book is in brilliant shape up. Thanks for your prompt and superior service!

I bought this book from Knaptown booksellers. The original ad stated that this text was in “brilliant shape up and included an interactive CD.” The book arrived 13 days after ordering in less than honest shape up and without a CD. After three attempts to contact the seller, and no response, I just chalked it up to shady retail practices. If you have a choice of retailers, STAY AWAY from Knaptown book sellers. I was THOROUGHLY DISSATISFIED!
