This book pretty much will review all of the do’s and dont’s of charting that you learned in nursing school. I am a new nurse who wants help with my documentation wording. I don’t need to know all of the concepts. I know enough to stay out of court. Its basically a common sense approach to documentation.

all those cute small things do not tie the real concepts together.
This dumbs it down and does not get to the top. Much better books are out there.
