I’m giving this book 4 stars because I really learned alot from it. But, I just took the CCM exam and feel absolutely blind-sided. The exam and its content was NOTHING like the book and CDROM. I’m just hoping it was enough to pass.

I took the CCM exam yesterday morning by the side of with 2 coworkers. I don’t know if I passed yet, but I felt excellent walking out of there and this book is the reason why. The three of us used a variety of study guides and we all agreed that this one was the one that best prepared us to take the exam. The book pretty much covered everything on the test, but it didn’t overwhelm me with unnecessary detail like some of the other guides. The CD Rom with do questions is fantastic. I reckon the questions in the book/CD Rom were more trying than the ones on the actual test, so if you get comfortable with the questions in the study guide you should be very comfortable on test day. Excellent luck to anyone out there studying!

I have not taken the CCM test yet, but I bought the book in hope that it would help with a passing score. The book does have some excellent questions that I judge will help.
I did have some technical problems with the CD, but finally cleared up the confusion and has been extremely helpful.

I bought this study guide to help me prepare for the CCMC exam after it was not compulsory to me during an exam prep course. The book is simple to use and the included CD-ROM makes it simple to customize do tests. But, after nearly a month of concentrated study, I took the CCMC exam and was surprised at how small of the material I studied was on it. Because it contains so much in rank that will help me in my professional do, I still rate this book 4 stars.
