This is an brilliant book for dealing with this common problem afflicting so many people but it doesn’t clarify why Pilate ordered Jesus to be whipped. That is certainly not the way to relieve back pain!

I have not yet read the book in question, but I read the review from the person questioning the validity of the MDs research. I have seen the program on television, and, as a physcial therapist, I can tell you that most of the exercises I saw being performed were exercises that are honestly standard to corporal therapy do.

this is a very well written and simple to know book for the reader. it takes you through treating different phases of low back pain. the exercise program is very simple to know and clinically proven to work. back rx is a must for every low back pain sufferer like myself.

My doctor suggested this book after I suffered an extremely awkward pinched nerve on a Friday night. Left me crying all weekend and wondering whether I should go to the sickbay when painkillers did not work well. I am only working on the A level yoga aptly now, but I read the material explaining why the exercises would work, and it all makes intellectual sense to me. The exercises are do-able. Some are exercises I did on Wii fit–only now I am doing them lying down. I am concentrating on my deep breathing which adds oxygen. I feel so much better, but I incorporated this with the PT stretches I was also given by the therapists. At the very least, doing these will not hurt, and I hope to really be in tip-top shape up as I continue.
