This book was an brilliant read for anyone that want to know more about alternative cures, and not having to run to the doctors all the time.

This book gives yyou proof of what works and what is questionable. It also gives the side effects. What it lacks, is MORE supplements for each medical shape up…example the cold and vitamin C’s effects are not mentioned.
Also, the most common conditions are addressed but I really would have liked more.
BUT it is still very helpful and a reccomend for your home library.
