   It was my first time using amazon and i was a small nervous at first but my experience was fantastic. They keep it very professional! I had really made the mistake of ordering the incorrect book so i got frightened that i wouldnt know how to resturn it. But i immediatly used their help line and they helped me step by step! it was sooo simple. I was able to return the book and in less than a week i had my money back.    This book has so many errors in it and observably was not checked for accuracy before publication. Chapter 23 is effectively unusable. I am very disappointed as I was really counting on this to help me in my course. Now I feel I can’t trust that any of the answers are aptly and it really defeats the purpose because I have to research everything and double check their answers. Also a lot of times their resolution is just “look in your book”. Duh! I e-mailed the manufacturer but I haven’t gotten any response
