This book is awesome. It gets aptly to the top. Preston is incredible. He really taught some of our acid-base lectures during renal, and they were some of the best lectures we have had. I highly urge this book!

This book does only provide some basic understanding of Na, K, and acid base pathophysiology and substitution. Other e-lytes such as magnesium, calcium, phosphor and especially the interaction of those is gone. The acid base part is ok for a basic understanding of the material.
Overall there are much better options to spend your money on.
